Delete Your Account
Deleting your account permanently removes your Provenant account and all associated cloud data. This action cannot be undone.
How to delete your account in the app:
- Open the Provenant app on your device.
- Tap the Settings tab (gear icon).
- Scroll to the bottom of the settings screen.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
What is deleted:

Can't access the app? Email us at [email protected] and we will delete your account manually within 30 days.
Keeps Account
Delete Your Data (Without Deleting Your Account)
You can erase all of your cloud-stored collection data while keeping your account active. Your account credentials are preserved so you can continue using the app or start a fresh collection.
How to delete your cloud data in the app:
- Open the Provenant app on your device.
- Tap the Settings tab (gear icon).
- Tap Delete Cloud Data.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
What is deleted vs. kept:
